                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF THE NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANE
                   CLOSEST TO THE EAST EDGE OF THE OLGIATI
                   BRIDGE MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN ON
                   SATURDAY, JUNE 23, 1990 FROM 6:00 P.M. TO
                   10:15 P.M. FOR THE 1990 CHATTANOOGA
                   RIVERBEND FESTIVAL SPONSORED BY THE FRIENDS
                   OF THE FESTIVAL UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of the northbound traffic lane closest to the
       east edge of the Olgiati Bridge on Saturday, June 23, 1990 from
       6:00 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. for the presentation of the 1990
       Chattanooga Riverbend Festival under the sponsorship of the
       Friends of the Festival provided that the sponsor shall set out
       traffic drums and warning signs in accordance with the traffic
       control plan attached hereto and shall provide, at all times, an
       access lane for fire and other emergency vehicles.
